Merit Plant Outage

Merit has indicated they are declaring force majeure for an outage to perform necessary repairs on their amine CO2 treating plant from July 9-21 per the attached.

As they indicated, no CO2 over 2% at the RMS can be accepted into the wet header for the duration of the work.

MichCon will coordinate with Merit to meet the request to have the receipt points indicated shut in for the duration of the outage.  Read More.
